Merger Makers creates an even playing field between buyers and sellers of insurance agencies. While nearly 3/4ths of our transactions have been commercial property and casualty agencies we have had success with personal lines and benefit agencies.
Since our inception of Merger Makers the majority of our success has been working with a group of key buyers who are committed to growth by acquisition. We assist in the due diligence and overall planning of the complete transaction. Our ability to identify and advise agencies who are wanting to sell combined with our network of qualified buyers allows sellers to maximize their value. In addition, we are able to offer financing through Cypress Premium Funding to facilitate the additional capital to close the transaction.
